Please select which type of payment method required by clicking the type you are using when you get to the checkout.

Wherever possible please give the manufacturers name on the key as the same numbers have been used by more than one manufacturer, when this is the case we reserve the right to send the most common if no make is given. In the same way, it is essential that all prefix letters are shown when available.

Unfortunately many locks are now only marked with three figures and in this case pleased state the make and type of equipment to which they are fitted and or the same shape of the lock.

If you are in any doubt please call us and we will be only please to try and help you to correctly identity your requirements.

Tip:

For example lock marked 123 this could be LF 92123 or 70123 or 78123, if you have more desks or filing cabinets of the same type please try keys into the locked unit (do not force in and try to turn) the key which will go in will sometimes tell us the series.

Master Keys

We do not issue a list of master keys for security reasons. In addition to which some of the master keys that we make can only be supplied to furniture manufacturers or on their request to prevent their unauthorized distribution and use. Please phone for any type you require and we will try to help you where possible. ** Please note ** Master keys will only operate a lock if it is under a master.

Guide to the Ordering of Locks

All dimensions are given in millimeters and are approximate.

Due to the fact that the availability of locks from works varies, we cannot always guarantee to provide a particular key series with a lock type and if it is essential to keep to a particular series please advise us at the time of ordering.

We will always try and help in this respect but we order locks in large quantities and take them in random numbered except when ordered keyed alike.

We are constantly adding to our range of locks and if you cannot find what you are looking for please ask and we will help if we can.

In the case of camlocks we keep a wide variety of cams and those locks shown in the list as having loose cams have more than one type available. Cams are always measures from the centre of the fixing hole to the tip of the cam. Again we can obtain special cams to order the normal minimum quantity for special orders being 100.

How do I order keys?

Find the key number on the face of the lock, type it into 'search keys' and this will come up with the range of the series. We would need to know how many keys you would like to order and the delivery address to where the keys are going. We can also send the keys to a separate delivery address to the payment address if required but this needs to be stated on the order.

My keys have not arrived yet?

Please allow 7 working days after you have placed your order before contacting us if you have not received the goods. After this time please contact us and we will be able to advise you on what you can do. If orders are placed using our next day service and after 24 hours you have not received your goods please contact us and we will be able to help you by tracking your order to let you know when this will be delivered.

If you cannot find what you are looking for on our website if you would like to take a photo and email this to us we will try and identify this for you.

How quick is delivery?

We send all of our keys out the same day we receive the order, within reason.

Key orders will be sent out 2nd class post up to 13keys over this they will be sent out using Click & drop. Lock orders will be sent out via Click & Drop service.
